Why I want to join: I was just recently kicked from SAS from closing, and Most of SAS members came to INV before closing. I don't hack,grief,spam,stereotype,or insult others. I'm respectful to others. I'm not racist to others. I know most of everyone that has been in SAS.

How can I help the Clan: I'm a friendly person,I get to know the community well.I play Aos everyday,I meet new people everyday.



Other Skills: I play BF3,and Minecraft. I play many sports I also play Many more First person shooter games.

How I heard about [INV]:Well, I read a post that Immp0rtal posted about him and InfamousPanda where going to join INV.

Title:
Roles Addition Proposal - RAP
Purpose:
Add new responsibilities for more members; increase involvement and participation
Benefits:
We will be able to have more manpower (and womanpower) to work on tasks and create events
Summary:
This proposal basically revises our current ranks system while adding new voluntary roles for members.
A- LEADER rank will remain UNCHANGED.
B- CO-LEADER rank will be occupied by NCO's - those directly APPOINTED (hand-picked) by LinStar
C- OFFICER rank will be occupied by regular members - you must be VOTED IN (once or twice a month, probably) to the officer position by your peers via a voting system.
D- SPECIAL ROLE ranks will be occupied by a clan member or any rank - you must SUBMIT AN APPLICATION to enter a specialized rank. Your application must be ACCEPTED by current members of the desired special role. if there are none, then it must be accepted by a ranked member.
E- MEMBER rank will remain UNCHANGED.

SPECIAL ROLE LISTING:
Each member can only be part of 2 special role rank MAX, but try to stick with one so you let other people get a chance at being part of one as well.

[ARF] - ADVERTISEMENT & RECRUITMENT FORCE:
The Advertisement and Recruitment Force will be in charge of advertising our clan and recruiting new members by directing them to our thread. ARF-members will not have the authority to accept or decline any applicants.

[CAC] - CLAN AMBASSADOR CORPS:
The Clan Ambassador Corps will replace the current 'Clan Battle Council'. CAC-members will be able to contact other clans to organize events such as clan battles. They will also go and participate in other clans' threads/subsections as well as play with their members to get to know them and report back (these guys will need to be friendly, social, and active). They will report to the Leader for decisions to be made about allies/enemies.
ideal size: 2-3 members

[DIA] - DEPARTMENT of INTERNAL AFFAIRS:
The Department of Internal Affairs will handle information such as surveys, revise clan rules if needed, and manage inter-clan meets. handles officer voting proceures. They will not have the authority to automatically alter clan rules, but rather must post their rule change proposals to be accepted by the leader/co-leader council.
ideal size: 1-2 members

[GDT] - GENERAL DESIGN TEAM:
The General Design Team will consist of members skilled in making avatars, signatures, music, maps, and game modifications. Obviously, these guys and gals will be in charge of making avatars (bordering, etc), signatures (or advertisements for the ARF guys to utilize), music, maps, scripts, and mods.

Got back fro school, Lin no one has replied to the INV vs. SAW how long until we abort this plan and go to new cb with a new clan, and any one wanna play on a server or want me to join. :D

Haha, I told you that you should get another clan style with a clan we do not know. I want us to battle with a blind fold on. Not a clan we always play against. But before doing so, we must have our clan organized. :)

You know, I was going to be your 8th vote. I will never leave one of my members behind. I have had many members in my other clans who left to start their own clan but realize it is not an easy task. They do make the same mistake as you did JerLee and come asking if they can join back in the clan. I will always say yes because I will never make anyone feel left out. I don't care who you are, what race you are and where are you from. I know for a fact that every username has a real life person behind the screen. Everyone have feelings. Am I right?

Okay Salde. I mean Savan! Haha jk. Yes, I do change my signature every day and there is a reason to it. Hmm, well I do what you are capable of being but I will not choose for you. The reason for my leadership signature is that I want member who would be willing to take care of this clan if I was to be away either a long time or a short period of time. I have over 10 clans to get on and take care of because I know without a leader, the clan will possibly lead to a choas and then lead to a downfall. That is why that most of my clans, I have those who are able to be leaders of the clan and take the same resposiblilties as I do and do as much as I can. I am trying to tell everyone that you too should be a leader, because one day, when a leader is needed, I know for a fact most of you will step in or help out a lot in a real life situation. Yes AoS is just a game, but I got most of my leadership skillz from both in-game and in real life.
