all done, Fixed things like, Moderator being able to cancel votekicks, fly for mod, godbuild for mod, and builder commands fixed.

Yeah, it lags the server when it's rollbacking, but when it's done everything is back to normal, but if it's pinpoint just destroy the random blocks.

On classicgen some deuce destroyed the roof of my camoflauged bunker and replaced it with a smiley face, so the blues came to look and I took out 5, but then I was killed -_-
