Dead Sign + Ban Hammer

These are some of my very first mods, if you see something that could be better, tell me and I'll fix it.
Now, the mods.

The Dead Sign.
It's basically a sign that says DEAD when you die.

Looks nice, and a good idea, but it isn't working for me.
The sign shows for about half a second before disappearing.

I never saw a R.I.P. sign, so that's why I publish this. I wouldn't publish this mod if something similar had already been published, so it wouldn't get repetitive.

BTW, The Ban Hammer appears in the wrong way. I'm fixing it.
