As for the Ventrilo server, I guess you're right - you shouldn't buy it if nobody is interested in using it. I for one would use it, but I guess you'd have to see how many others would. You don't need to be first place to be a tester.. I have an applicant evaluation sheet we can all use for testing applicants. Remember, testers DO NOT admit players into the clan; if it says that on the Testers part, I gotta change it.. We want to judge with a "Whole-Person" evaluation. You get a 2/10 on testing and a 10/10 for being awesome.. Then you have to wait, that's like a 12/20, but we implore people to stick around.. If they are a good enough person, we won't deny their application; we just put it on hold and have them tag along with LS.. The only way to get better is by playing against people who are better than you.

So anyway! I don't need you to be the best to be a tester, but it helps as you can spot certain faults and perks, however big or small ^_^ Your evaluation skills are great though, I'm glad you admitted your faults. The best judge of character is one that judges himself before others, congrats :)

New Testers: PintoBean and Pug
New Squad Ledyr: Pug

Again, pug, I'll wait to get it rolling.. You don't have anyone to lead, so being a squad ledyr doesn't do much for ya.. But you and I will practice tactics and strategies
this weekend. You may not need it, but it helps in leadership abilities. It's little things.. You have to understand how to reassess situations such as when to rush, when to stop, when to use Squad Member 1 and not 3 because he'a better at sniping.. Etc. Several things. Masters of War will typically tell you what to do "Rush the left flank. Squad 2 will cover you from the back, wait 10 seconds before going in." etc. But you have to say, "Squad member 2, lead the rush, you have the fastest reflexes; and I want Squad member 2 to stay back for sniping guys that may flank us from the sides, Squad member 4; toss a few nades to clear the way for us, Squad member 2 will have your back while you do so." Understand? Lol. It's a lot of fun (: You'll get a real kick out of it.

And about Vent/TeamSpeak.. Don't worry about it xD

That's been my personal motto since day one, I don't see why we shouldn't make it a team motto if you guys want it xD Lauren's is "Happy Hunting" or "Happy Sniping" lol. So.. I could make a siggy later with it in there this weekend hahaha. Feel free to use it ^_^ What's mine is yours, except anything to do with my identity... That is, and always will be, mine. Lol!

Helping Alpha with another clan? Well, more power to ya lol.
Nice having you around for a few days I suppose, you can reapply in two weeks if you should wish to come back, keep in mind, there is no guarantee you will get back in.
