We're making our clan compete against itself, essentially. Starting today, I want people to send in applications to me for Squad Ledyr. I need 4 squad leaders. Squad Ledyrs can be anyone, except, masters of war. The master of war was put in place specifically to manage squads in a clan match, or any other match. Squads are in no obligation to listen to a Master of War UNLESS it's a clan match. If you are, say, in LTS; then you may or may not want to listen to the master of war, or your squad leader, and just want to play. That's fine:) I recommend working together though as it builds team skills.

I will probably be purchasing a Ventrilo server if you guys want to voice chat while we play AoS. Completely up to you guys though, I won't be spending the money if nobody wants it or wants to use it. We had that happen at TSB (Now SAW) and I felt really bad for Stealth :/
I think more people use it now though.

But anyway. Those of you wishing to become Squad Ledyrs, post an application here. Those of you wishing to be a tester AND a squad leader, go for it (: it's going to be a lot to manage though. You'll see how I'll have it set up when we get our sub-section.

I implore our Ledyrs to say things to Tester/SL applicants like "Dang Pug, I'd be in your squad!" But don't say that to everyone.. And if you're also applying, say it anyway; this is going to help me and Ecchy determine who Squad Ledyrs should be, and who should be in them. We will leave it to our Squad Ledyrs with the final say as to who they get in their squad, Ecchy and I, as masters of war, will be reviewing these though.
iExclusive might help as he was supposed to be our initial Master of War, but wanted to be a Mod instead, and not both (too much responsibility at this point.)

I'll be looking forward to your applications (: Hopefully this new system and the testers system will help us furthermore. New things are somewhat complicated at first; but everything is relatively simple, I assure you ^_^

OMG KIBBLEZ!! hahahah I laughed so hard that one night I didn't sleep at all ahaha. I would love to voice-chat while on a server, that would be awesome (especially if you have a sexy voice XD JK) That would be very cool, but if I'm the only one then dont spend your money when you can spend it on your woman lol. the Squad ledyrs sound interesting ^_^ I dont want to bite off more than I can chew though, balancing being an admin and school, works out perfect!   • i am a 12 years old boy who lives in Egypt, i am very good in cracking codes and hacking systems. i also like making skins for games (not AOS only) my birthday is on 30/9 After 28 days :) i am 18 hours available in AOS execpt if i am in school . i don't study or do homework and get straight A's. also i like hanging out with friends and sleeping in school . i sometimes go to my dad electronics shop so i understand all os for all cellphones

Your application is denied. You have failed to show very much activity outside of the server. You have been denied from TSB 3 times, I wonder why. Hacking? We have gotten serveral accounts of you hacking and being rude. Threatening an admin isnt very smart, and I suggest next time have a legit reason. Thank you for your application.

Why do you want to be a tester/squad leader?
I want to be a tester/squad leader because I believe I have the needed skills and can be availible almost everyday. I'm young, so with school starting, I probably wont have as much homework as everyone else does and I usually get straight A's so I can get all my work done easily, which lives me more time for AoS. And on weekends, (With the occasion soccer games) I can play whenever you need me too.

Can you handle the responsibility? If you can, explain how you will manage your time, schedule, and anything else you want to throw in about responsibility.
I am younger than most players, but I have learened how to be responsible and that time is a gift and I should use it wisely.If I become a Squad Leader and a Tester, I will manage my free time so that I will have free time to to my job and what other people want me to do, not what I want to do. (Everything is not always about you is a saying I have learened and lived by ever since I was born)

What in-game and character qualities make you qualified? (Judgmental abilities, team work skills, slaughter everything, usually first place in games, etc.) Explain.
Let me just say, ever since I applied, i have been getting better and better. My kills on LTS are growing from 20 each ten-game-course to 30, and recently, the 40s and the 50s almost everytime. My highest amount has been 83 on Indiaarena, my favorite course. When I die, I give tips to the lesser expierenced players and watch out for the other team using team chat. I have been on the top of the points list more times then I can count, and I am an expert at Slaughtering.

If you get a Ventrilo server, I probably wont team-speak because my voice hasn't cracked yet and it still sounds all high-pitched.
