I don't remember if it was 7 or 8 but we've met all the requirements since the first week; from what I remember.

Nice long, descriptive application. The admins may not give you a definite answer straight away, so I recommend you try being active on the forums, and perhaps hop on our IRC (details can be found in the first page) and chat with our fellow members, to get to know each other better, and maybe help increase your chances of getting in. @Kibz: I'll keep that in mind:) About applying for the subsection, reading from HERE you need to have at least 15 members in your clan. I'm unsure if that information is up-to-date and I'm unsure if they changed it, but still I trust that you'll look into this. I have also seen luigi back on aloha.pk arena, and as mentioned before by others his IGN changed to [LS]Luigifw. In the meantime, I've been on the IRC with people such as BadAiming,Loverthehater and Keks :)

Ah... I was unaware of this one :P But anyway, the requirements are actually still the same: "Once the clan is 3 weeks old and 15 people partake in it, or more, you may apply to become an official clan." So we still need to have 15 people in the clan before you can apply, so I guess that is the only requirement that we haven't met yet.
