I like the guy (not in a ghey way), I'm not entirely sure if he's a brony or not, but IDK how that makes me feel...

Well, no, it wasn't this 'Luna' character you speak of, but rather something with long, black hair, green eyes, a long glowing green horn that reminded me of Swiss cheese, and some other thing on the chest that looked like Swiss cheese.
