Hi Gepard, I'm sorry but you can't registrate and make a clan, it's your first message :/
IMHO you can join an existing clan or be active on forums and THEN make you own clan.

He can. But it's advised to be known in this community so people can join this clan since they know that it's run by a decent leader.
