Bio [Optional]: Omar is a very odd person(?), He doesn't really fight he just punishes customers for doing him wrong by raising his prices for them or not even selling to them. His outfit looks like a black diving suit and some odd eyewear. ( They look like red Night vision. Not functional. )
Loadout: A odd looking pistol and shotgun. Plus his wares.

Television crews and a few SWAT trucks park outside Omar's house.
They wait for him to get outside, so they can ask him why he pretty much sunk Japan.
