Recently, if you haven't noticed, a few Komrades have been GBL'd and kicked from Komrades for hacking. I'm not gonna blame the people that accepted them into the clan, but don't you think you can be a little more cautious on who you let into the clan? I'm gonna use an example from my days admining SuperCool Build. Basically, we didn't give out building privileges like they were hot cakes like PXYC did and we actually evaluated people. Much like how Korakoff has 2v2 spetznas evaluations so that the worst of our players don't get into the higher ranked group.
My suggestion is that you evaluate applicants thoroughly. Back then, Korakoff and Kodinsky had 1v1's with applicants and you were then judged based on the 1v1. If you did great, you got in; if you did well, you got in; if you did bad, you were told that you couldn't be accepted and that you had to get better.
I know that at this point, it seems like that I switched between two different subjects but they really aren't that far off from each other.
