You could have just told him to not double post/fix the grammar error and that's it,but you insulted him instead.So leave the clan and learn to be mature,because clearly you don't know what that is. Once again, I must warn you about the forum rules and the behavior that The Sticky Bandits want on their forums.
Please refrain from arguments on a general chat. Any player who does so ruins the reputation of the clan. We have been long thought of as a clan with a high maturity level and a serious "no-bull shit" rule. Pointlessly arguing with a player about his own personality issues is not what the Sticky Bandits forums are for!

1 - We all should go to the Training Matches thread and give our input.

2 - The size (and naming) of squads (Repost, mainstreaming it towards this)

I think it should vary according to the main characteristics within each squad. For example, a capping squad could have 3-4 players, a defending group, 2-4, a harassing team, 2-3, a main battle group being 3-5+, etc. They could also be interchangeable - depending on the size of the whole team and the strategic advantages / disadvantages and the tactical situation of the match, we could disband certain squads to make others - obviously also predefined - more appropriate.

3 - How many days a month

I think we should have at least 3-4 days a month of main training dates, hopefully the same in the secondary dates.

4 - What to do:

There'd be a set list of things to train, always improving and approaching more advanced techniques - we'd start with some basic things, such as:
Sniping
Teamwork - Fireteams
Building concepts and ideas
Tactics
Develop friendly relations (Always necessary for synergy)

I'd put 'recite war poetry', but we're not Mgalek'golos.

Other things to think about are formations and "roles" as in each player of a squad has a role to play such as "Scouting, building, destroying, offense, defense, behind line intel, airstrike gathering, etc"
