FINALLY, It took me like half an hour to do this. I edited this but then guess what, by accident I pressed close tab and I lost it all. Then same thing happened again but this time it won't.

Umm...Yeah, I forgot to mention (although I thought most of you would've figured) you have to be Major Rank as well, can't just apply for Elit3 when you're a lower rank. Just get to Major, and re-apply using this, I don't mind.
