According to the application guidelines, you will have a week to collect 200 kills, and take a screenshot of it. It can be done in 4 parts of 50 kills or 2 parts of 100 kills, etc, however you like it. They will have to add up to 200 kills. After that week is finished, the leader (me) will review your application once again and promote you to a permanent member.

Wow cow your first mistake as a leader. Read the OP completely and you will see that former Sw members don't have to do the test.

I know I'm not in the clan but that was needed to be said.

Fangedbeast, he doesn't have to do it on our servers, just about any server will do. We need to know the server name however, as some servers provide easy kills opportunities, such as the 1337 spades server.

the former member means, when the clan got dissmissed those members who where members, those do not have to take the test. But when the clan got dissmissed, Captin were not a member.

Captin, no need to be so formal, we're pretty relaxed here.
2.81 and 3.29 ratio? That is 1337 MLG PRO.
The instructions also states
"will play alongside you in-game a few times to see your playing styles, strengths and weaknesses. They will also see what kind of a person you are.", of which I think we have already done many times before.

You have completed all of the trials stage, just wait for 6 more days until your trial is over. Then you will be a
"Permanent Temporary member", since Fleischy did not give me the powers to accept you as a permanent member. That is the best I could do. :<
