Regarding your clan: It's lacking in description. If you want people to be interested, consider expanding it a little, or reading the clan op guides provided on the Clans page.

Kibblez may not be a forum mod but he, and I, and most people here, know the rules of the forum. It was nice of him to warn you of the forum rules before an angry admin came here and locked your thread. However you didn't stop, you continued verbally abusing everyone who posted here.
Also, trouble makers tend to get banned pretty quickly around here. And may I ask, what on earth is a cock and ball raider? You collect them or something?

Good evening gents.
While I am not the owner of the website, I am an administrator, part of the team who sets and enforces the rules - USABxBOOYO being on that team as well, so listen to what he has to say. His gut reaction was that the clan name was rude and offensive, and I agree with him.

Whether or not any other games such as Roblox allows a name like this is irrelevant. While you are on this forum, you shall abide by the guidelines and obey the authorities.

Rule 2b says: "You agree to not post anything disrespectful, racist, abusive/threatening, rude, false/inaccurate, pornographic, illegal or invasive of a person's privacy".
While this rule is being expanded upon to further prevent things like this, it is quite obvious that we do not want overly rude things on the forum, and I would certainly call the 'Cock and ball raiders' very rude.

First off I have the freedom of speech, and the right to pursue happiness. This means i can say Cock and Ball raiders if i want.

You have the right to pursue happiness, but this forum is not a democracy and freedom of speech is limited. You can say that if you want, but you can't say that here because we have rules to enforce which will stop you.

Secondly the clan name can mean anything we want it too. Without us telling anybody. So we can keep it CBR and only the people who are in the clan with teamspeak or any other voice program we are using will know.

It seems like everyone posting here skipped past the thread subject, saw the name and were offended by it - enough to cause this drama and in the end alert me to the existence of this thread. You can name it whatever the heck you want, but as soon as something this rude enters the forums, it breaks rules.

Rule 1a says: "By registering an account you give permission to the staff to edit/delete post content or present/store it in any form"

Plus, if Cock and Balls wasnt allowed howcome it isnt censored like duck (fu-ck)? Answer this for me.

'Cock' is a word that could be word filtered since its ordinary use is very rare, so I thank you for helping us extend our range of automatic procedures. I'll likely introduce that in the next day or so once we've thought of a suitable replacement word.
As for 'balls', the word is too commonly used without referring to genitalia that enforcing a word-filter on it would be more harm than good.

Now that the questions have been answered and conclusion come to, I am locking this thread.
