He is trying to make some positive contributions to the community... He regularly posts constructive comments, he's made a high quality remake of Nuke Town, and he's attempting to host a server. If he hasn't aim-botted for a couple of months and he's reformed his behaviour, shouldn't you give him another chance?

Sorry, I'm no GBL admin, can't give him "another chance" even if I wanted to. I am genuinely worried about how he is going to access servers that subscribe to the GBL.
