In the topics like the Gallery, Server related topics and things, please don't let an offtopic discussion go too far. The odd post or two is ok, but it gets to be a problem that distracts from the main purpose of the topic if there are pages of off topic shiz (Starting to use that letter more, Bagel :).

Also guys, I feel like our recruitment criteria needs to be stepped up. You know, Snipedude's old "How to recruit" thing. It lacks professionalism, and is full of holes. We need people to talk more about themselves. I'll change it tomorrow, and you guys can see how it looks.

Yeah, problem is I have no idea how to. So, I wanted to experiment. I'm going to test using a random new topic that I will create in a sec. If you want to, try it using that topic. If what you do works, then try with the actual server topics. Make sure it works before you try with important server topics. If they got deleted we would be screwed.

This applies to all of our moderators. Experiment, but don't screw the world. I can't right now, since its bedy-byes and an ultra hard maths test tomorrow. I'll make the topic, and you guys can experiment.

As much as I hate saying this, we may have to start asking for howling it took them to get x amount of kills. I mean... Getting 300 kills isn't impressive if it took you 3 hours (in my book). Maybe just for the smaller amounts of kills?
