>Dan rides his horse to the crime scene, to see a crime scene happening.
>He take is Riot Shield out and aims at the man with sickles on his back.

[EVENT]
>James is surrounded by cops.
>He decides that this time nobody is gonna come out unhurt.
>Alan tells him to get down, James dashes forward. Hell brakes loose.
(The following happen all at the same time)
>Alan shoots James clipping him in the shoulder. James doesn't stop and he tackles Alan with the force of a car. Dan is about to open fire on James from behind when a sniper shot from Karen hits his riot shield and knocks him on his ass. James and Alan are now in a melee that Alan is loosing. He manages to take out his sidearm and shoot James in the knee, but he is surprised when no blood comes out. In that split second James grabs him and throws him into a car, smashing the windshield. He tehn runs off while Dan shoots randomly in his direction.

( But... But I had my baton out... )
> Alan slams James into his car and draws his pepper spray.
> He holds James by the hair and sprays the whole canister in Jame's face
> He puts away the pepper spray and cuffs James
> He pulls his baton out once again.

>James is in pain, but that wont stop him. This time his rage makes it easier to brake the cuffs.
>He stands ready to duck up Alan if need be, but he doesn't anymore violence.
>"I'm just looking for someone. Just leave me be goddammit>" He yells

> " YOU'RE GOING TO THE SLAMMER, YOU MURDERER! "
> Alan gets his baton ready.
> " SURRENDER NOW! "

>"Then you leave me no choice but to get serious then."
>The pepper spray is wearing off, and James pulls out his sickles.

> " Sickles, Really? "
> " Farming tools aren't going to help you here, You'd be better off with a gun. "
> Alan is a CQC specialist.
> He is ready for combat.

>Alan must have forgotten how strong James is, but he knows strength wont everything in this fight.
>He looks around and sees some chains(Note: Alan should not know this since its in my characters perspective. Just keepin it legit ok?)
>He devises a plan.
>James charges at Alan, swinging a sickle with the strength to cut through a car door.

> Alan rolls out of the way.
> Jame's sickle gets caught, He may be strong but the weapons can't tear through metal with the same ease.
> Alan starts bashing James with his baton while James is stuck.
> He backs away before James gets free/let's go of the sickle.

>Alan rips the sickle out and does a barrel roll on the ground to the chains. He ties his sickles to the chains God of War style.
>"Lets dance bitch."
James starts swinging the now lethal chains with impressive speed and coordination

> Alan smiles.
> He weaves through the sickles getting hurt quite a bit but getting in close range.
> He jams his pistol in Jame's eye and fires three rounds.
> He quickly rushes and pops his trunk grabbing his shotgun and rolling behind the car.

>Alan roars in pain as his eye is shot.
>He drops the chains and is now almost completely blind of anger. He literally grabs a dumpster and throws it at Alan's car.
>During the collision James runs to Alan as he crouches from the falling class of the car. He breaks the shotgun and in turn breaks Alan's shoulder and throws him to the ground.
>"Listen to me, the man I'm looking for is in the Syndicate, and not just some goon, he is one of the higher-ups. If you wanna get in my way that's fine but rest assured that next time I wont let you live. He then stomps Alans head and runs away, wounded and determined."
