I feel that making it paid is completely unnecessary. They could earn revenue in countless other ways, and possibly much more than p2p because of the large number of people that refuse to pay. Take small in game ads for example. Ads that pay by view could generate more revenue because twice as many people would be viewing them, and they would be viewing them possibly multiple times a day.

5000 users x 365 views each x $0.01 = $18,250 > 2000 x $5.00 = $10,000

I also have many other reasons explained below.

I would happily buy it if my father wasn't a cock about putting your information in the internetz and buying stuff with credit cards from the internet , and even more , using HIS money. So its a 70% it wouldn't be possible for me to buy it.

But i think some ads would be nice, as long as they don't pop up in your face while you're machine gunning half of the other team.

2. Beg popular youtubers to death/pay them to make a let's play of AoS
3. Give a 5 euro option that gets rid of in-game ads, colored names and something else

As much as I love this game, I don't think it is worth paying for. As nalyd made clear, there are definitely other ways for Ben to profit off of this game. There are already too many games that give you an advantage by paying money, I think this game should stay the way it is regardless of the community.
