EDIT: Death, if you want, you can apply for recruitment officer. This means you are allowed to recruit people from ingame, ask them to join our clan, and help them get a forum account if they haven't already got one. Then, post in their application saying that you recommended them. Thats basically your job description. But please note, that this does not mean "Recruit anyone who can shoot". Please make sure to get someone only if they are skilled AoS players. And never try to get someone from another clan. So, do you wish to apply? Its the only job available at the moment.

Ok, Firstly Ive Been Looking At Peoples Applications That Have Aleady Been Accepted And Declined (Stalker Ikr), And Have Been Figuring Out key Reasons, Why A Person Get Accepted Or Denied

1.Kills, If A Person Get A Measly Amount Of Kills, They Probably Wont Get Accepted, Or They Might Because There A Good Builder, I.e To Build Forts That Might Help Win A Clan Battle.I Believe The Amount Of Kills A Person Gets Each Game Is An Important Aspect Of Being In A Clan Because If A Person Gets A reasonable Amount Of Kills, It Can Be A Big Help To Win Clan Battles Or To Raise Awareness Of How Good The Clan Is, Or To Build Up The 'Reputation' Of The Clan. People Will Be 'Afraid' To Challenge A Clan If They Have Good Players, This Is Why <@> Are So Good, They Only Recruit The Best Of The Best.

2.How Good Of A Builder They Are, Like I Wrote If A Person Doesn't get A Reasonable Amount Of Kills But Are A Good Builder, They Might Have A Chance. If They Can Build Really Good Structures Like Sniper Towers, Forts, ect. That Could Be The Difference To Winning Or Losing A Clan Battle. They Can Protect Players From Headshots Or Getting Killed So Easily, Make It A Challenge For The Opposition To Kill Their Fellow Opponents.

3.Grammar & Punctuation This Sort Of Really Isnt An Important Aspect But This Way You Can Tell The Age Of A Player (If They're Lying Or Not), But If Theres One Mistake, It Might Be An Accident. But If There Are Alot, You Might Have A 2 Year Old Trying To Join Your Clan (Ik I have Alot Of Accidents Here But Dont Suspect Me Of Being A 2 Year Old, Im Not.) ,Who Might Be Really Bad At The Game, Ruining The Clans Reputation.

4.Haxorz, You Really Have To Observe The Players In-game Before Accepting Them, They Could Be A Hacker. If You Have Already Seen Them In-game, Thats Ok, Then You KNOW You Dont Have A Hacker.Hackers Are Looked Down On In This Community, You Dont Want The Same Happening To This Clan, Dont You?

5.Clan Hoppers, Like Hackers Some Are Looked Down On (xF1avour To Name One).A Person In 2 Clan Is Ok, But Anymore
And You Might Have To Start Re-Thinking Your Decision.Some Clan Hoppers Do Have Multiple Profiles So They Do Not Get Caught, Check What They Do Or AnyThing They Might Say On A Server That Might Be A Clue That They Have Multi-
Profiles. Another Aspect Of This Is Checking With Their Old Clans, See If They've Sturred Up Any Trouble Recently. You Dont Want A Drama-Queen In Your Clan.

Well Those Are Some Of The Key Aspects Of A Clan Application And Ways Of Thinking About One. There Are More But Im Not Bothered To Type Them (Dont Have The Time). It Looks Bad With Grammar & Punc. Becaus I was Typing This Really Quick (HeHe Quickc) (Also Like I wrote Dont Suspect Me Of Being A 2 Year Old. Im Not)
