What is the difference from being logged in than being just a normal player?

The difference is that your kills save to a website that holds the leaderboards. So if you go 30-1 and you use /sitelogin <forum name> <forum password> (without the "<" and ">"), it saves your kills, deaths, and ratio to http://aos.mp2.dk and is shown publicly on the leaderboards.
