Aeroclaw, it says on the OP that a Private must be with us for a week before getting ranked up :o

And Howdydo has been promoted up from Recruit for being mature and fairly active in-game and on IRC. You may continue ranking up as usual!

I'd suggest that members get 3 or 4 options...
