The insulting player, ThiagoBr

Hello guys. Today, ThiagoBr spammed "Americans gay". He kept saying that, which got on my nerves. He also spammed before today, "F*** americans". (Exept he actually said the F word) I am getting really pissed off about this player, and I hope you guys can do something about this clueless person.
