Umm I starting to question Ur intelligence, Urmm you gotta actually find a scan not upload it into scans. You have to FIND a scan, is it that hard? You can't take other random pictures cuz it's someone elses work, they want people to admire their work not recreate the picture... Thats why only scans and vectors are allowed, they are placed in the PUBLIC section (Allowed to be digitally enhanced). Lol you gotta learn about Piracy again.

alpha, you search something of japanese cartoons names, then scroll down to the bottom and you should see a section of scans, then if you cant find any thing good in the "homepage", then click " more scans" thing, it should give you a good scan that you wanted
