For all things AoS!

Having tested laser sights long ago, they make hip-aiming difficult as the laser is obstructive.

You could make an arrow on top of players to not block your view, while being able to see enemies behind walls and the direction they are looking.

So if I made a skin with giant bubble heads, if I hit the bubble head 90% of the time it will miss the little hit box inside the head?

The game prevent blocks from being added to the head (and possibly a few other models), so a giant bubble head wouldn't be usable.

<@mikuli> the bad part in this plan is that it involves an already busy tea-drinking scone chomper with a monocle

My head still hurts ... Hompy make amazing scripts! Maybe Homps will add more weapons, when the openGL version come out? Servers in 1.0 will send us their own .kv6 models and sounds, i am sure Hopmy will use that !

I dont think Ive ever seen anyone talk about these before, especially since the recently deceased are already told to you in the kill feed.

You can't add or remove voxels from the default player skin.

You can remove voxels, but not add them

And no the hit boxes are static and do not change.

they're not necessarily illegal since no one can stop you from using them, but basically they're highly frowned upon. it's kinda like swearing in real life. no one will stop you from being a potty-mouth but people aren't gonna be too happy if you can't stop cussing.

Frowned upon like CraftDinur said. They are also not allowed to be posted in the mods section for good reason. They provide an unfair advantage and consequences should be treated like if they were a hacker. Don't use them.

Except that if a player is caught finding people through the walls with no clear explanation available, he's getting onto the GBL for ESP, regardless of the type of a "hack" used.
