So i found a program that converts a series of photos into pretty realistic 3d models. its called 123dcatch.
best part is, it's free.

gigafide has a pretty good tutorial on how to use 123dcatch, here is the link for it.

The way you do it is you export the model from 123d catch to .obj(when you name the file, make it 8 characters long or less, the texture wont export from blender otherwise.)
import the .obj into blender(make sure to fill any holes in the model, then export it as a .3ds file.
Put the 3ds, and it's texture file into a .zip archive. if you don't have a texture it's fine. skip the zip, just import the 3ds.
Import the .zip or .3ds into poly2vox.
then import it into voxed.
I took some photos of a pile of rocks in my yard and converted them to files for ace of spades, and took these pictures.

I apologize for my lack of ability to write decent tutorials. I just thought it was something you guys would want to know.
also, im not sure if this is the right spot for this. if it isn't, some moderator or admin please move it to the right section.
I thought it was cool, hope you guys think its cool too.
