Problem with some games?

I get this picture ALL THE TIME when I play some certain games (This is warcraft 3 reign of chaos) And where my cursor is (finger) it doesnt allow me to go to the black the screen is like trapped and I cant see the whole screen on it.

That's what I was thinking, try messing with the games/your resolution a bit and see if anything changes.

Anyways I tried all the resolutions. NOTHING worked. The resolution thing worked for AOS but not Warcraft 3. I'm confused on whats happening. Is it just my monitor maybe?
