Updated with the new version! After messing around a bit with the magazine I decided that it looks better without a magazine change.

about lazer rifle

ok now that i played a couple of hours with it. i can make an honest review.

it feels so goddamn good. it looks really nice (although rather teambias'ed color ;p) and the pew pew sounds all over the battlefield are so freaking funny. i love the red dot sights but i'll probably try to open up the top to reduce the view blockage near my target (right now i often have to try and find a target by aiming slightly down wich makes me lose valuable killing time).

thing i will certainly do is get the wav file in audacity and cut the sound shorter cause there is a bit of static at the end of each shot and i will also up the volume cause its rather quiet and i like my batllefields loud. what im also gonna do is find a replacement for the hit sound on the helmet or whatever cause it breaks my immersion when the helmet takes a bullet from a lazergun.

ultimately i love your face. thnx so much

btw do you know how i can change the tracer to bright mother'uckin red???

Open the tracer in SLAB6 and recolor it to be all red.

Yeah I've been having the same problems with the sight, totally going to re-do it sometime and about the sound I have to check it out since I haven't noticed any problems.

dont you worry about the sound i was fixin it and got excited and made all kind of sounds to enhance my sci-fi lazerwarfare immersion.
so far i tweeked:
empty (so it doesnt go click but boop)
shortened and upped your rifleshoot
hitplayer
impact
and death (wich is awesome)

maybe ill try and make a new sound for the semireload (but it kinda works without tweeking)
i also made a shotgunshoot and smgshoot so it sounds properly even if it doesnt look perfect.

ps: i made the tracer red (thnx chaos) and might try to get the bright blue spots on the gun red too so its less teambiased
and thnx for considering retweeking the sights

nice lazer rifle dude, that is pretty great stuff. maybe making the sight a bit more evenly spaced would be cool, so it is a bit less rectangular or something. the rest looks great, but possibly the blue could be pushed a little bit in the cyan direction of the spectrum

Yeah I've been thinking of changing it since it looks really terrible, and it's somewhat hard to use.
