Wind stream is surprisingly common (no sarcasm, it really is surprising cuz it sucks)

It's really fast for me since I live right next to their station for my area. But for everyone else, it does suck. Is there any way to get around the IRC ban, and is there a definite cause?

Well, connect to the quakenet server (use webchat, with no channel specified), then follow the steps to get authed with the Q bot:

You'd need to login to your account each time you'd want to access the channel.
For now we'd like to keep rambo out, so sorry for this measure.
