Brings a new face to Ole Abe. Looks like a weird movie, with a fair bit of action.

Did I say that it was going to fail/suck/not be good because it is a book? All I said is that it may face prejudices because of the characters involved. Many books have been made into good movies. But many, also, have been made into crap that cost millions of dollars to produce.

Oh. The way you worded that I thought you said not many fail like this one will.
Really I'm just hoping for a good movie. Haven't really cared to see anything in theater since Shyamalan directed his own rendition of Avatar.

I'm not saying it definitely will succeed, but it looks fine. A good story makes a movie though, so who knows, having never read the book, nor knowing it existed till now, I cant judge. It probably won't be an all time great, but it could rank as one of the better movies of 2012. Time will tell, and also whether the movie shows in Australia.
