Got Banned for Nothing On Aloha.pk

There was this player called Machine(something)Delta who was on the other team in a match on the "Tower of Babel". The match had just started and suddenly he filled up the entire kill list in a single second. Then after a while, still less than a minute after the match started, I looked at his kills. He had 45 kills less than a minute after the match started. Almost every kill that I saw on the screen thing for kills was a headshot and his ratio was 9.36. After several other people started talking about how he was hacking in the previous games too, I decided to try and /votekick him. My votekick just failed because the blue team(his team) liked having a aimbotter on there team. Anyway, as revenge, the blue team started a votekick on me, it failed and then did another one while I was AFK for a few seconds and got me banned. I'm banned from every Aloha.pk server because I tried to get a hacker kicked, how is this fair?

It's not, but the votekick just last 15 min - 2 hours, i'm not really sure.

Votekick bans on aloha last for 30 minutes. You'll just have to wait it out, sorry I wasn't there to stop that.
