- How I can know the reason for that was pulled from the server?

There really is no way to tell exactly. Sometimes if you look at the chatbox quickly, you can see a kick/ban message.

Sometimes all it freezes and after a while I'm disconnected from the server. And I never see votekick or ban when that happens
