I'm more looking forward to Diablo 3 although I just realised that it's not possible to pirate :(

I looked it up, and it seems like it's another of these games that need an internet connection to play even in singleplayer. Meh, I'll stick with Diablo II.

That can be overcome by a decent crack. Anyway I don't wanna go on talking about piracy, the fun police doesn't like it :<.
Yea Diablo 2 was hugely entertaining, but sadly over time I found some of its features highly annoying, mostly the controls. Plus eventually I messed something up in the files and my maps weren't saving so one day I said bye bye to it.

I want to make this clear: I don't think that pirating makes you guys the worst people on Earth. But like Varun sad in some other thread, you will enjoy the game a lot more if you get it the honest way. Plus you'll be supporting the developers, if you think they've done good work.

I know that most of you aren't 5 years old, thus get out there and get to work. It might not be the kinda work you like (like helping to clean dog sh*t at a vet hospital), but still it will earn you some money and in the end you will feel much more satisfied owning the game, rather than pirating it. And I just find it a shame when people deny themselves this "better" happiness.

The purpose of this post is not to go on demo's nerves, I just wanted to make it clear that when it comes to pirating things I am not judging people, I'm rather trying to help them. Alright, now I will shut up...

I dont see how could this get on my nerves? You are just saying you opinion. But hey. If you are living in a country where it is realy(and i mean realy)hard to find a job(Croatia for example), then the only way left to get the game is pirating. I dont suport pirating in any way. I`m just pointing out one of the reasons why people use pirate ways to get a game.

Keep in mind that some people simply can't get a job if they're too young and if there is an absolute lack of one. And even so, why spend it on a game, that is only good for spending your free time, instead of saving it for your university years? It's much more profitable to just get the game as it is. i don't think it makes much sence to get something that costs as much as 30-50 euro when you can get it even easier for free (all it takes is a bit of searching and a few hours for download), and the money could be spent in a far more useful field.
But anyways, this isn't a philosophical thread, it's just a virtual pub :|. Enjoy the tap water everyone.

How 'someone i know very well' obtains their games does not affect his enjoyment of them.
Still, as her lapop cant run most post 2004 (or so) games, they only 'gain' games that the companys are not profiting from any more, so everyone is happy :D

Mmmmm..... tap water

Oh God I just made a terrible mistake of watching My Little Pony episode 1... (I haven't watched any of them prior to this).
Give me some brandy and let me go punch some trees to restore my manliness.

LOL. Well I just tried to do the cross country as fast as I could. I went faster than I normally would/could/should have and now I ache all over. Give me anything to take the pain away! I really intend to do the course at least once in two days over the holidays, to prepare for long distance running.
