A note falls out of the flour! You can take it.

Groaning also comes from where the bear was, possibly an injured civilian/robber who was trying to take whatever the bear was guarding?

You can:
Continue down the hall and into the door the bear was (This stuff is getting scary :C)
Go outside the store and continue walking
Go outside and take a break
Go outside and think carefully about your situation
Examine the car outside
Take the note and do one of the options above

You go back and skin the bear.

Examine the window
Search the room
Go outside the store and continue walking
Go outside and take a break
Go outside and think carefully about your situation

Go find the gate!
