Simple, have something that just barely 1-ups what the other guy posted.

Ex. (enter name here) sits on the ground
Iamninja28 sits in a chair.

(enter name here) has been 1-up'd

Ninja sweeps the floor

Now 1-up me.
Then 1-up the guy who 1-ups me, and so on.

I've designed it as a game to just better the other person, not by a lot, but by just enough to get on their nerves if done IRL.
