Exactly what it says on the tin. Let's try and make a new programming language!
Ok, this language will be called ICE+:
Integrated Computing Extravaganza+
Let's set up some code terms and stuff etc.
I'll start.
if you put hello.world into the console, you get a nice friendly message:
"Fucku, the world has enough people".

Creating a programming language is more than just saying "Hey lets make X do Y!"

You have to define a grammar first, then start writing a compiler. Then write some basic libraries for your language if you want it to be useful at all.

Take a look at some already defined standards:

These should give you an idea as to what a programming language is. Then you can start defining standards for your language.

Well it appeared as a serious thread to me.

And one does not need to know how to create a programming language to know it's hard. I have first hand experience trying to create a compiler for an existing language and that was hard. Creating your own grammar and a compiler. Well let's just come back in a few years and see how you're doing.
