hey, Aesop Rock is pretty cool, I haven't really listened to many of his songs though. I enjoy hearing music from Blue Oyster Cult, Mux Mool, Atmosphere, Army of the Pharaohs, The Protomen, Carlos Santana, some more things

The Protomen are pretty funny, they sing about megaman and their music is sometimes actually pretty good:

yeah, he is definitely my favorite electric musician, maybe Bobby Prince(the guy who did the Doom music) is also close. I think he is releasing a new album or something soon, there's already one of his songs from in on youtube, which sounds pretty good: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHgcljsmEnE
