Lets see if we can figure out the type of person the OP is.

First thing I notice, unnecessary and excessive use of "rage faces" as if he feels you cannot validly make a point without abusing whatever the flavor of the month is. Which suggests he frequents reddit or worse.
Next thing is how he incorrectly assumes that it's a fact you CAN'T votekick or kill griefers.
Finally, he suggests trapping griefers in blocks because 1: That will TOTALLY stop him from griefing and 2: That's totally NOT something that all respectable servers will kick and/or ban for.

It's incredibly safe to say that the OP is roughly 14 years of age and precisely the type of deuce that is exactly why the ingame community is the biggest bunch of morons on the planet.

Implying griefer cares about having to kill himself. It only takes 15 seconds. You won't be able to do it second time because he'll watch out. And after all, you can kill a griefer.

Also, its entirely possible to kill a griefer, I know first hand, not implying that I'm a griefer, but my friend once got blocked in, and when I tried to dig him out, the blocker killed me. Repeatedly. I had to call in the thunder, e.g. Salina, to get rid of said blocker.
