I'm not sure if many of you know him but he is a relatively famous Youtuber that plays of the MindCrack Minecraft server which consists of many other Minecraft Lets-players.
Well to get to my point, he has started to play this game on his channel (1 episode at the moment, hopefully more in the future) and is pretty good at it. He will be bringing in a lot of new players because a lot of people watch his channel. Just letting you know!

In short, Etho is the master of Minecraft. Etho, DocM, GenerikB and PauseUnpause are all the main youtubers for Minecraft gameplay. I'd say Etho is the most popular of all of them with 240,416 subscribers. I used to be addicted to watching Etho's videos. They are Minecraft celebrities and Etho himself left his job to earn money with youtube.
Etho, DocM and PauseUnpause are now all playing Ace of Spades.
It's a big deal.

Idk if this is a good thing though. I know it's good for getting the game publicity, but the Minecraft community is fairly immature, so, this could be drawing the types of people that the existing AoS community has been stressing over in the last three months. Honestly, I already have enough aim-botters and griefers on my servers. I don't need the volume of these people increasing. Would it not be better to get Ace of Spades to try to advertise to other communities, like the ARMA community etc.

I was just in a game with him and Pauseunpause. I'm pretty certain that the username "Etho" is the real him. "Pause" is who Pauseunpause is.

It is really interesting that he can be in a couple of servers at the same time, huh?
Today I went out of a server with a guy named "Etho", joined a random one, guess who was there? Right, another "Etho".
Guess we will only know if the one you saw was the real one if he uploads a video showing you in the video.

Because anyone can change their nickname to Ethos or Pause in the Config file. Only by giving the real ones some Trusted password or keeping track of their IPs we could know who is who.

I think he means, who cares if someone makes videos on YouTube, I make Ace of Spades videos on YouTube too, one even got 500,000 views (proof) and you don't see me entering games and making a huge deal about it... Usually I just ask what people think of the map and what could be improved if the server is running one of my maps.
