Now Now a mace is easier to swing then a sword
if you break enough bones the zombie might still be alive but there wont be anything for him to move with.
Anyway I dont need to worry about getting close and personal with the zombies, I'll be wearing my full set of plate; I dont think zombies can gnaw through 16 gauge steel.

I read too much Zombie survival guides and I know warehouses near low populated cities filled with supplies and guns. :D Imma get a group of people, build some defenses around the storage facility, steal vehicles and move them into fort. and have organzied parties to do certain task.

My work is done here.
Oh and steel? Really? Have you ever actually worn a full set of plate armor? Damn heavy just to wear, you'll be exhausted the second you start running. You'll be limited to slow pace walking only, which can have a thousand disadvantages. Yea sure, you'll be almost immune to melee weapons. But just think of the other problems one gets from wearing armor.
I haven't actually swung a mace before, but i doubt it's lighter than a sword.
He can still crawl, broken bones wont stop you from moving.
They can rip it off, thought. It's also incredibly heavy and it limits your movement, you wouldn't survive long.
Yes I own a set I know how to move in it and believe me you can run in it; it only adds 40 or so Kg's to my weight and its quite balanced all over the body

Not lighter but more fluid in the swings, and things kinda give way to it rather then blades which get stuck in walls/zombies.

I'd like to see someone try to move with no bones, anyway once they're down so much the easier to brain them.

Each piece has 4-8 leather straps, it takes forever for someone to take it off me when I want it off let alone when Im breaking their skull.
And it also doesnt restrict movement, I can jump, run, touch my toes, do a roly poly.
Of course you can run in it, but you'd be sprinting and swinging weapons around all the time during a Zapocalypse. That "only 40kg's" can determine your fate whilst trying to out-run a horde. I could easily drop my bag of supplies on the street, hide nearby and get it back later, but you wouldn't be able to carry anything while wearing that heavy, poorly ventilated armor.
Equipment includes 10-litres of water, (cooking)pot, tobacko, booze, a 10 litre gas-canister, couple of zippo's, first aid-kit, knives, hatchet, matches, spare clothes, and as much food as i can carry after all that.
You're saying that hitting people with a mace makes all his/her's bones disappear in thin air?
Why would anyone hit a wall?

I've spent 4 hours fighting in it, and I not only know how to ride a horse but know where to steal them, cause methinks there isnt going to be much in the way of petrol after Z-day, so thus I have a horse train to carry supplies.

You do realise that 10 litres of water Is a good jerry-can sized container when you can buy Water-purification tabs and pick up water when you need it, what happens when you run out of gas? why do you need booze/tobacco? and why do you need more then one knife?

Nope Im saying that one swing to a leg would shatter the bones, tear the tendons and leave the muscles detached and thereby useless.
Why would anyone hit a wall?
One handed blades tend to get swung more then a two handed blade (provided that the wielder knows how to use said blade) thus "accidents" happen and swords end up decorating the brickwork.
