During this battle, the game literally cheated. I wish I were making this up. As you can see by the replay and this picture, Jirachi had +5 special defense. Even with a water gem in the rain, Hydropump could not one hit KO Jirachi. It should've done a little over half BUT pokemon online is pretty buggy when it comes to calculating critical hits so... okay. I guess you won Iron, congrats!

EDIT: When I tried to offer him a rematch since we both clearly knew that was a fluke he said this:

But in my Black version, I stopped dead in the middle of EV training an Adamant Gallade with some huge Attack and Speed stats, and a whole lot of other stuff that I was in the middle of breeding. I mainly focused on Gallade when I hatched him.

Well, I'll just have to wait till Black 2 and White 2 comes out and the be entertained for another 3 months, then drop it again. lol

i have beaten pokemon emerald elite four with bug type pokemon only , , ,ah ah ah ah . . . two of them were level 70 so it was pretty easy actually, the only really hard one was that one woman with the ghosts. I am just going to catch those legendary things and then make a new game, I think I like the 3rd generation of the games the most in a lot of ways, the "3D" graphics are a downgrade in some ways I believe

I finally beat one of them for the first time.
We were locked in brutal combat, Drapion vs Drapion... His EV trained and specially bred, mine not...

I beat the crap out of him with brute force and won.
