If you want fun co op get an xbox and dead rising 2.

If you want racing get a PS3 and Gran Turismo 5.

If you want anything FPS or strategy, PC is the one and only correct answer.

I want fun co-op, couldn't give two craps for racing, and prefer FPS on the Xbox.

Both consoles have their own unique usage. I 've stayed away from the xbox for quite some time because of the online fee, don't get me wrong though, its a great console as well.

It may be more fragile but you can run it for hours on end.
My fran had a PS3 and could only play 2 hours then take an hour break.
He didn't do it one day and it overheated and fried.

I've had friends who play the PS3 endlessly when a new game comes out. :P

Do you realize that the OP said NOT to post things like that?

On-topic: I never realized that the 360 was 'fragile' in any way, but if you have the cash for a good PC then go for the PC.

Sony is going to be releasing a new ps3 slim for 150 thats even thinner and shit, I recomend waiting for that if you can. Look at exclusives and pick which ones you want more.

I personally prefer the XBox controller and look (it looks like a gaming machine).

But PS3 has nicer graphics, free internet play and a blu ray player.
