And pre school as well, OR at least make it an option early on in education.
Why? look at computors now, now look ahead 20 years.
- Industry sectors will be dominated by computor use
- Cyber warfare will have been fully developed and refined
- The information/communications sector will grow to rival or surpass most others
- Corporate espionage will grow in the cyber world
- Jobs in engineering (automotive AND aerospace) will accomodate more computor systems
They are making small steps towrds this already.

DISCLAIMER: "why should EVERYONE have to learn this??" i want nothing more then to give everyone at least the bare basics of knowledge, computors are being intergrated into everyday life at an increasingly astonishing speed.
"not everyone wants the bare basics" not everyone wants to learn maths, english, chemistry. But still the basics are taught to us.
The earth is heading into a golden age of information and communication (enlightenment if you will, though that sounds to cliche to me)
