Gather round kids, I have a hell of a story for you.

During WW2 food was obviously scare, especially in the cities, so people would often end up eating anything that moved, including cats. My dads mate was Austrian and as a child grew up in Vienna during the war. They used to try and catch cats, which they nicknamed "Dachhasen" translating as roof rabbit into English, as apparently when a cat is skinned and gutted it looks just like a rabbit.

There you go, something for ya'll to all muse on.

We are here because the Universe offers conditions so life can evolve,to the point where(at least one)species,in a small planet around a star lost between millions of galaxies,is able to ask itself:What was my origin? (M. Gleiser)

^ I hope I understood that incorrectly.

Sorry about your cat man. I know what it feels like to worry about your pets.

To clarify, this wasn't something that just happened in Austria, it was done all throughout Europe at the time.
