Deus Vult,the micromanagement game

Anyways,because I got Crusader Kings Deus Vult running fine I decided to make a AAR-ish thread of it

This game has three scenarios "Hastings (1066), The Third Crusade (1187) and the Hundred Years War (1337)" You are allowed suggest me any of these dates for me to play as.

Now I need a character/county/duchy to play as (this is where you should come in). Only one rule,I will not play as a King,because it would not be challenging enough.You could suggest me a dynasty name (like the "von Luxemburg or von Habsburg" and so on),also you can give me current day city/village/thingy and I'll see if it is in the game.Anyways choose wisely.

EDIT: If I won't get any moar suggestions on what to play I will choose it myself >:(

yeeh but in Deus Vult one can grab titles,instantly being quite OP
