Musicians or Bands that don't get the recognition...

You know what makes me sad. You wanna know? When a decent musician/band that makes helluva good music doesn't get the recogninton that it deserves. It realy makes me sad. So just list the artist that you think don't get the recognition they deserve.

Well it makes mine spin. Celldweller is my favourite band(one man band) out there even though it isn't Metal(no fecals dude). It is a tragedy that this artist isn't well known. He makes realy good music. I can't wait for his second album which is comming out in 2 days. Plus his live performance is awesome. His music is used in movies, games and many other stuff.

He is quite similar to Celldweller though a bit more aggresive. His music makes me ultranumb. If someone says that his music is crap i'm going to do a [urlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrHS84AV2HA]takedown[/url] on him. His music is also used in movies, games and many other stuff.

Dave Mustaine. He arguably single-handedly revolutionized metal guitar playing. If it wasn't for him, I don't believe Metallica would've gotten to where they are today. He wrote the riffs to songs like The Four Horsemen (Mechanix), Ride the Lightning, Jump in the Fire, Phantom Lord, Metal Militia, the Call of Ktulu.

His style of guitar playing was also completely original at the time, being extremely complex and sloppy, but 100% unique. He also created the Spider Chord technique. His solos are damn near impossible to duplicate due to the sloppiness to his playing, but it still sounds better than most who've taken lessons and such. The rhythms themselves might as well be solos, due to the complexity.

All in all, responsible for thrash/speed playing and severely underrated. The first real shredder.
