Map Downloading

I can host a server with only moderate lag but for some reason when the map changes everyone tends to get booted, myself included. Anyone else run into this problem? The server is running on a pretty old desktop with winxp, and when the map changes run.exe shows that its using 99% cpu...is it just because my computer sucks so badly?

It used to happen to me. After a few experiments, my conclusion was :

My server sucked.

You need a computer/server more powerful

more then 90% CPU usage is never good
