Lag problem!!!

How to fix the lag to 32 or 23 ms?
In my server. D:
i have 231 ms when connecting other

The ping is low in your server because you are hosting it locally. It may not be less laggy for others. Try connecting to a server in your country, that might help.

Well if you are hosting the server, that is why you have low ping then others.
You probably have higher ping in other servers because they are hosted in another city/country. Even 231 ms of ping isn't that bad.
