Compiling a Pyspades server through SSH on CentOS 5.4 64bit

I recently bought a VPS, and I've been having trouble compiling Pyspades on it. Could anyone provide some help?

When you say you're having trouble, what specifically is giving you trouble?

Compiling it in general, I can't install Cython, but I already installed Twisted. Also the only install tutorials are Ubuntu and such, CentOS may be derived from Linux, but some of the commands don't work.

When I got my first VPS, I tried installing pyspades from source on CentOS and eventually got so frustrated I reimaged with Ubuntu. Best choice ever.
