Step 2) Install Kitty on your pc.

Step 3) Get the Ip address and password from your Virtual Private Server(VPS) provider.

Step 4) Login to your Vps with kitty
Place the information you got in Step 3 here.
Host name is where you put your VPS’S IP address.

Step 5) In Kitty Go to the connection tab than Data.
Username would be root and password would be the password that you got from Step 3.

Step 6) After you are logged in to your vps through ssh type

Step 13) Than go to the directory that you would like your pyspades using the “cd†function
Ex:"cd pyspades"

sh build.sh

Step 17) Download Winscp http://winscp.net/eng/index.php

Step 18) Enter your login information with Winscp

Step 19) Navigate you where you cloned pyspades and setup the files to your liking in winscp
___________________________________________________________________________________
Step 20) In Kitty navigate to your pyspades folder and type

screen
- Code: Select all
sh run_server.sh
And your server will be running.
Tips:to detach from screen press Ctrl +A+D
Press Ctrl+C to shutdown your server while you are in that screen.
Type "screen -r" to see the screens that are active.
To resume a screen type "screen -r 12345" Replace "12345" with the pid of the screen.
Type "top" to see the process's that are runing.
