[HELP] 2 Port-Forwarding Questions

I wasn't able to get my server up on the play-page, and I'm sure that I made a mistake at the port-forwarding stage. I went through some of the server tutorials, but none of the port-forwarding setups were similar to mine.
Could someone please tell me what I should input? My exact setup is this:


Another question: How do I get my direct server link, e.g. aos://asdfbasdbfasjdfasdf:32887?

When you open server.exe it tells you at the bottom and ill help you with port forwarding if you come on irc.

EDIT:
Step 1: Change external and internal ports to 32887.
Step 2:Put Protocol UDP
Step 3: On Windows:click start, run, cmd, ipconfig than the ipv4 adress you see in cmd you put where it says "To IP Address"
Step 4:Click Enabled
Step 5: Have fun with your server.
